Maybe rug gripper pads?

I've seen it in shops, it's like a rubbery criss-cross square.

Ratchet straps. They will go around the base and both mattresses holding all together. Keep the ratchet to the side out of the way, or underneath if there is room.  Screwfix do a pack of 2 . Each at 5m long. You could put one at head end  & one at feet end.

I had a topper with elastic straps that went over each each corner over both mattress and topper. I can’t see why that principle wouldn’t work with two mattresses.

I am just curious as to why you would have 2 mattresses on your bed? ignore this if I am being too personal.
