There was a dog on there so it's not beyond the realms of possibility that you get the odd wayward pedestrian.

it's not exactly steep, but it does lead to *some* vehicles doing little more than 40.

 

 

Tricky is overselling it somewhat, it's not a particularly a hard road.

I was surprised to see there are signs on the parkway warning pedestrians may be crossing the road. Cant say ive ever seen one on there though.

you do know that there is a pedestrian right of way, right across both lanes on the parkway? seriously .
