Old Chilean Takeaway

Hi, I'm a bit new to Sheffield and I'm trying to trace someone for my dad. Does anyone remember the name of the Chilean restaurant that used to be on/near West Street 20yrs ago? It was run by 2 brothers, he can't recall their names but one of them had a baby on the way who would be 19/20yrs old now. I know it's a shot in the dark and I know that I haven't given much information but any help would be gratefully received.

There were 2 restaurants on West St quite close to each other.

One was K Pasa and the other was Que Tal.

Im pretty sure Que Tal was Chilean.
