In what respect?

It's an ok area, very working class, quite white.

Many people know each other, lots of extended families living close by each other.

Decent bus links, tram about 10 mins walk away.

Fields not too far away.

Overall not a bad place.

Where the garage is there are a row of shops, so it isnt the most quiet place.  If you are the other side of the building from the shops (facing out towards the gardens) it would be better.

I might be getting offered a flat on second floor across from the shops so the balcony will be facing the shops

It's not a bad area but as has been said, where there are shops ( including a takeaway ) there could be noise.

Often kids/teenagers congregate around shops.

Basegreen itself is a nice area, not sure about Jaunty specifically though

On the property shop What happens if I receive 3 letters for offers for 3 properties and I don't call them? Do I get withdrawn from them properties and stay in band D?
