I use IMJUR as its quick. Drag a photo into the box which then uploads, click on images, select image, click on it then choose "Direct Link", then paste into URL box on the post.

It is either a sealed for life fluid (my car has a sealed automatic gearbox oil filler) or access to some kind of adjustment (cam chain tensioner?) that ‘should’ only be serviced by a main agent.
