I want to see a PDF opened in Safari at 100% of the PDF size.

When I open a PDF in Safari I want it to show at 100% of the document size, not 100% of the screen size. Can anyone tell me if there is a setting to change this? This is for when I open the PDF in Safari, not download and open in Preview, Adobe, etc. Many thanks for your help.

In my Experience with my Adobe  PDF Readers, I Found you you could do things like 50%, 75%, 100%, 150%, 200% Etc...in the top menus.
