Resident 1,190 #13 Posted June 30, 2019 I'd be interested in knowing the spread of non-payers by area of the city. Also technically I was one of those 'non-payers' however due to a council error not my own. I moved back into the area, sent off the relevant paperwork work and heard nothing. Due to the impending birth of my child I hadn't realised that they hadn't responded. 3 months later I got a court letter telling me I was due in court for non-payment of CT. I rang the council immediately and after a brief investigation it transpired that although my account had been set up, the bill and payment schedule hadn't been sent out with a DD mandate.
