It says that the airline may pursue a civil case against her to get the money. If she doesn't have the money (like me but I luckily don't tend to do that on airplanes) what can they do. Dependant on how much the business wants their money they could be lots they could do. Does she own a house? Car? Other assets? Does she have savings? Is she working, if so, how much do they earn, how often?
