Litotes   63 #13 Posted June 21, 2019 Hope the protestors are taken to court for trespass. How would anyone on here like their dining room being barged into by random people with a point to make?
 Share this content via...

How would anyone on here like their dining room being barged into by random people with a point to make? Then mansion house needs to their job properly. They didn’t kick in mark fields kitchen door at home when he was having his tea.
 Share this content via...
Bash Street   10 #15 Posted June 21, 2019 Actions like this will lead to MP's being isolated from the public for their own good, it'll be a sad day when that happens but the loony left are pushing us towards it.
 Share this content via...
I1L2T3   10 #16 Posted June 21, 2019 (edited) Nothing changes the fact that Field had no right to lay a finger on that lady. His actions cannot be justified.  He should face charges. Edited June 21, 2019 by I1L2T3
 Share this content via...

It makes him look like a violent misogynist.  Its the end of his ministerial career
 Share this content via...
Pettytom   1 #19 Posted June 21, 2019 Mark Field should get exactly the same treatment as Paul Crowther. Arrest, a quick trial on an assault charge and community service.  There really was no need to behave like that.
 Share this content via...

Paul Crowther did what he did in a meditated 'assault' on Farage. Field ejected the protester, and would probably claim some form of self or group defence. taxman   12 #21 Posted June 21, 2019 Note the different reaction to this protest to the angry gammon who jumped on Esther McVey's stage and was allowed to shout and rage before being gently escorted away.  He seemed far more of a physical threat but no-one went Rambo on him.  I bet Mark Field would have been busy looking at his phone.  Any chance to assault a woman, and a climate protester to boot, and he grabbed it with both hands. No they won’t. An MP getting shot didn’t change much, MPs going to work getting verbal abuse from brexit patriots who, should they choose to, inflict harm - they’re close enough to do so.  In his case, venues attracting high profile events need competent door staff.  The end. 1 minute ago, taxman said: Note the different reaction to this protest to the angry gammon who jumped on Esther McVey's stage and was allowed to shout and rage before being gently escorted away.  He seemed far more of a physical threat but no-one went Rambo on him.  I bet Mark Field would have been busy looking at his phone.  Any chance to assault a woman, and a climate protester to boot, and he grabbed it with both hands. Quite literally. He looked like he he wanted to strangle her. Note to self, don’t get in the way of mark field and his dinner.
