ordinaryman 10 #1 Posted June 20, 2019 Hi guys, My son is 6 years old and has a physical disability. My wife and I are looking for a place that provides some fun activities to him, for example, swimming or any other activities. Also, if you guys can recommend other activities - not for fun - that are still useful to him. So please let me know. Thanks
 Share this content via...
pasquali 10 #2 Posted June 21, 2019 Hi Worth taking a look at the Within Reach website if you haven't already, for disability sport activities - withinreach.org.uk Also sheffieldparentcarerforum.org.uk for general activities Good luck
 Share this content via...
Centrepin 0 #3 Posted July 30, 2019 Obviously I'm unaware of the disability, so this is a suggestion. Have you considered Fishing?: it could help with hand to eye co-ordination, concentration, relaxation and a general enjoyment of the countryside to name just a few things. I'm sure there are groups that can help or offer instructional sessions if you Google disabled angling. Good luck.
 Share this content via...
