Chez2   10 #14 Posted June 18, 2019 Cyclone - I have just found the register. It says if the debtor pays within a month the CCJ can be erased (or words to that effect). No wonder with the cheque came a begging letter to accept and send confirmation of acceptance immediately.   Why do people have to mess others around? Its bad enough the OP didn't get the 'van they booked never mind the rest of it. louisbourg   10 #15 Posted November 19, 2019 You need to complain to which ever site office too If the site are awear,maybe they can help I am an owner and rent out ,but there are no surprises with me I see some states of vans ,that owners think is acceptable It isn't !!!!
