Chez2   10 #14 Posted June 18, 2019 Cyclone - I have just found the register. It says if the debtor pays within a month the CCJ can be erased (or words to that effect). No wonder with the cheque came a begging letter to accept and send confirmation of acceptance immediately.   Why do people have to mess others around? Its bad enough the OP didn't get the 'van they booked never mind the rest of it.
