Don't take any notice of the SF police they love to pick the bones out of everyone else's posts.

OP
Most of us on here show empathy & sympathy at someone's misfortune.

Given a chance, most members on here including myself would genuinely  like to help you.

When someone describes a situation that may not include adequate  detail,  people are interested enough to ask for clarification. This has made you feel challenged.  I understand that, and am sorry if your feelings have been hurt. If I could help in any way I would. I feel sure this goes for the majority of SF members too.

I hope it ends well for you, and your lad.

Yes, the criminals tremble in their boots at the thought of crime reference numbers being created.

The death penalty should be reintroduced and a points system put in place.  Thefts of the type described in the OP would get you, say, 5 points, so get caught doing that type of thing 20 times, within a time period of, say, 5 years,  and you're put to death.

That's rather harsh isn't it?  I mean, I know these folk are vermin, but nicking a motorbike or crimes of that nature hardly merit a totting up system that could eventually lead to death.

Why not? in between every time  they're caught they will have done numerous other offences that go uncaught.

And its not just stealing of course...

Steeling a car/burglary - 5 points

Serious financial fraud (figures involved to be determined) -  2 points

Serious assaults - 5 points

Armed robbery - 50 points.

And so on...

You would need to amass 100 points or more within a 5 year period; every 5 years it would be wiped clean.

Like I said a few pages ago, it's a colossally, catastrophically stupid idea.

Have post been deleted?

I can't see any, other than the poster posting reactionary fantasies about what he'd like to do with criminals.

These posts don't seem to be sympathetic with the op imho.
