So long as you didn't have a conductor like one of our regulars - he used to stand to the outside of the platform to stop you and he was wide enough to succeed.🙂

Any details - reg number for instance? I'm not aware of any privately owned ones in Mainline livery.

I saw a Brown and Beige atlantine going up Eastbank rd with Alan Yates  printed on the back of it. :confused:

Yep, that's the one I mentioned in message #7. It is actually Volvo/Wright Eclipse Gemini, not an Atlantean.

Alan Yates was a bus driver at Greenland Rd for many years, don"t know if there is any connection though.
