Wrong use of family courts going public

Heartbreaking to hear that one of our top businessmen Sir Andrew Cook is in a divorce dispute. The judge involved Mr Justice Holman has, in my opinion, wrongly said it is in the public interest. There are so many goings on in the "family courts" that DO need to be exposed that picking this case to fit the cry for transparency is a poke at the people who want to expose the judgements and face legal consequences.

Why is it heartbreaking? I suspect that, prior to you publicising it on here, very few of us knew about it & even less cared. Probs quite upsetting for him & his family. Heartbreaking? Nah...
