Owls transfer rumours 2019/20

New manager now has to identify his own signings with what ever budget he may have. On top of that we have 3 Bruce signings who the new manager may not fancy

To be fair to Geordie The Bruce, he did bring good (loan) footballers to the club.

I was impressed with most of them.

If they were to be used again, they wouldn't let the new man down I'm sure.

I really can't think who could come in and go a good job.

Just bringing someone in, in my opinion, would be a brainless move.

That said, it wouldn't be our first.

Presumably, he's deemed not good enough for the Premier League. He did come through the Crewe Alex academy, when Steve Holland was still there, so he's been brought up and knows how to play football properly. I think you need a manager first?

He's 28 so I don't think age would be an issue. Probably not deemed good enough, spent last season on loan at Millwall

 Bully said at last nights forum  Marshall was always linked to the owls. What i surprised to hear and did not know was that they do have a recruitment department, how that works  he didn,t  say.

 He did mention the two  names but i didn,t catch them.   Only one way for me is the manager say,s get me  X  and they  deliver.

David Downes and Dean Hughes are the two 'Recruitment Department' people.

Bully said that ''WE put names to the Chairman, give him our opinions,  and leave it with him''.

I wonder if these Recruitment people did the job under Bruce?

I'd be surprised if they've been set on since Geordie The Bruce jumped ship. 

 

One audience member said that Bruce had ''jumped ship more than Captain Hook''

Just read that Wednesday are set to sign former AFC Wimbledon defender, Osaze Urhoghide ahead of the new Championship season, a source close to the player has exclusively revealed to Football League World. 

Only 19 years old looks like they believe he could be one for the future.
