JessNeurocare 0 #1 Posted April 29, 2019 Sheffield Hospital Charity's flagship event Jessop’s Superheroes is BACK. Jessops Superheroes is now in its 6th year and has raised over £100, 000 over the last five years. In 2018, over 850 participants joined us on the day and we are hoping this year’s event will be bigger and better than the last. All involved are encouraged to wear superhero costumes so it’s a really fun event. Jessops Superheroes is a sponsored 2.5k family walk, buggy push, toddle or trike to raise funds to help improve the care and treatment of babies and their families at the Jessop Wing. Everybody who signs up will receive a free superhero cape or bib and each child will also receive a goody bag at the end of the superhero walk. Families, patients, local people and NHS staff will all join together to celebrate the superheroes who care for and save the lives of babies and their families each day. There are some fab prizes on offer for our best dressed superhero family! Join us at Graves Park on the 9th of June.
