Not past Chapeltown, but it sounds a lot like Dronfield to me.

I have visted this place a few times, but having memory issues can't remember where it is!

I am not sure if it is in S. Yorkshire or Derbyshire, though think the former. It is on a railway line, by car I think it is about 30 mins from Sheffield Centre, it is affluent, lots of commuters, an attractive village, with a Old Church and Refectory on a hill, it has as its modern core a covered shopping area, (not a mall), with a Cafe in the centre and upmarket clothing shops, etc, around, it also has a row of shops and housing, with a large green space in front of them, not much info, but its driving me bonkers not identifying it.

Can you remember the name of any of the shops?- national chains? Any more info on the 'covered shopping area but not a mall'- do you mean a sort of canopy type roof but open to the elements around the sides?

Trains don't run through Page Hall but they do in Brightside which isn't far away.😊

Sounds a bit like Hoyland.

Except it doesn't have any of those features.
