All credit to the Owls, gave it a right go, pity they won"t make the play offs, at this moment in time Owls are capable of beating anyone.

You have only won one in last three and that statement is ?

Sorry but its only goals scored more than the opposition that count for a win

Unless it's 0:0 against us, of course......

Although. credit given where due: the Owls might, just might, finish the season with a positive goal difference. It's been negative all season 😂😂😂

Could yace beaten Norwich and Villa being probably a better word of phrase. .

Same with us in respects to the likes of the Bristol game, we COULD have beat then but for whatever reason didn't. We had opportunities within the gane but didnt close it off.

Never a truer and more straight forward answer than Barry's to be fair and one that Wilder himself would agree with whole hearted. The team who score the most goals in a game of football are the team who deserve to win.

Great 2nd half to the season. Pity we didn't get rid of Jos sooner otherwise we might have had a chance

Hope we can carry on next season, all depends on embargoes and budgets though

Played well and earned the result, like you say,it was results under JL and his management of the side that has ultimately cost us a chance of joining our neighbours  next season.

Its a massive summer ahead, changes are inevitable as consequence of successive failures.

Lets hope DC has learned something from the mess of the last two seasons.

The way you have been playing since SB came must bode very well for next season. Maybe next season will be your year?

You'd hope so but it depends on what state our finances are in. We might end up losing loads of out of contract players (including regulars Westwood and Palmer) but not being able to replace them.

I"m passionate about both Sheffield clubs, a city the size of Sheffield should be able to compete in the Prem. Hopefully we will have one there come Sat evening, next season lets make it 2 clubs.

You don't have to look too far to see what can be done on a shoestring budget. Big (and reckless) spending doesn't guarantee success and your club is testament to that. It's in SB's hands to weed out the dross that takes all and gives nothing in return.

He's probably talking about embargos etc. Your right you don't need to spend millions, the club had it right in Carlos first season with the loans so that should be something we look at providing we can sign players
