Listed as offers around 200-210 and the owner had an offer of 222k which presumably they hadn't accepted as they were showing you around?? Bluffing I say.  What area?

They accepted it last week.

Never know it might fall through. I'd make sure the agent knows what youre willing to offer.

When buying anywere  make sure about the neighbours a look round at night etc  and never buy near flats a lot are sublet with bad tenants noise all day /night.
