mythical creature council repairman not seen

has anyone seen a mythical creature called a sheffield council repairman

 

i got 5 repairs outsatanding not seen a repairman yet

 

1 failed to turn up last week

this week booked an urgent repair usually 24 hours they come 2 days not arrived yet

nw  weekend is here thats 2 more days and no repair

other repairs no appoinments for them yet after 3 months

 

has anyone spotted the said mythical creatures in sheffield lately

Yes plenty around in my area, only time I’ve been let down is when using the on-line service

Seeing as you get a two hour time slot on the date allotted, morning or afternoon,  if they don't arrive you just ring back and ask why they haven't turned up. I have never had a problem with the council, always turn up.

i phoned them back up all they say is there running late
