Vauxhall (PSA) have announced that jobs are definitely on the line depending on the outcome of Brexit.

Car manufacturing in the UK has taken an absolute pasting recently, several plants are to be closed.

Not every company has made a comment about Brexit in regards to this, but it seems PSA are not mincing their words.

If we leave without a deal people will lose their jobs, no question about it.

"commitment to frictionless trade after Brexit" even Mays deal doesn't deliver that, it specifically agree's to respect the four freedoms, so frictionless trade is out unless there's FoM for people too.

I think that we will see a lot more of this in the coming months.

Many firms have been refusing to publicly blame Brexit for bad economic news but doing so privately. As things get worse we will see diplomacy going out of the window and firms being a lot more honest about the real reasons for factory closures and relocations.

And no doubt the cranks and crackpots will continue to shout Project Fear!

Positive: Brexit would confirm that we are still a democratic nation.

If we remain or have a second referendum, then we are ALL in big trouble going forwards.

No democracy=bend over and spread em (everyone included)

Please explain how a second referendum would not be democratic? How can one vote be democratic and not another?

What a stupid thing to say?

Why shouldn’t the people have a say in the most important decision since World War Two?

The 'leave' vote was a vote for lies, myths of Shangri-la, and undeliverable unicorns.

We know have a much better idea of what leaving looks like.

(Years/decades of bickering, and reduced international investment and influence)

We've spent over 3 years arguing amongst ourselves, and we can't even agree what kind of stepping stone we want to transition out of the EU. Never mind the long term relationship.

3 years ago, the nightmare of no-deal was dismissed as 'project fear'.

We didn't vote for this.

No deal wasn’t even mentioned in 2015/16 let alone discussed.

Anyone trying to claim that there is a democratic mandate for it is an idiot.

Quite a few Brexit supporting MP's would be happy to shut down Parliament to prevent a vote and see us crash out with no deal or even a sitting Parliament.

It always impresses me how the Brexit camp can bleat on about democracy while at the same time being happy to literally shut down Parliament just to prevent a democratic vote.
