It could, but then that's not what the EU is about, thankfully. And population statistics (notably European countries' age pyramids) show that we in Europe do need immigration, from <wherever>. In managed form, naturally.

But, back to the points he made. The NHS is on the table Tuesday, but off Wednesday. I don't buy it.
