You don't expect a reasoned response do you?

We all know that his/her rhetoric is hollow, extremist and based on his/her fantasies.

One day he/she may answer those unanswered questions that have been piling up all through this thread, but today ain't it.

I would say Happy Easter, except it would probably be claimed that it was a right wing plot to make the obese of the world fatter so that they couldn't run away from the magic drones.

*sigh*

I see that Brexit has resulted in ordinary families having to pay extra in the shops for groceries

No doubt this will be good for the working classes, as at least one poster on here would have it.

Ordinary families that use filter coffee and drink wine in a pub or restaurant eh! Its the usual guff from the Peoples Vote Campaign.

Quote from above: "Companies appear to have borne the brunt of the price increases..." But despite that the £15billion gets divide between the 27 million households. :)

Now compare the above with this.. notice the major differences?

CAAT condemns European Parliament vote to support €13 billion subsidy to arms companies via European Defence Fund

Andrew Smith of Campaign Against Arms Trade said:

"The establishment of the fund sets a very negative precedent and drags the European Union even further down the line of military power and war. European Governments should be cooperating and investing in jobs and research projects that promote sustainable industries and contribute to conflict resolution, not weapons.

Regardless of people’s views on Brexit and the UK’s role in Europe, one thing all sides should agree on is that it should not be using huge sums of public money to subsidise Research and Development for international arms companies and others that profit from war."

http://www.sgr.org.uk/resources/1000-researchers-and-scientists-call-european-parliament-oppose-european-defence-fund

"The scientists warn of funding for controversial weapons, such as armed drones and killer robots. These so-called disruptive technologies have become a priority in the Defence Fund and are set to receive up to 10 percent of overall funding.

Recently there has been consternation in the European Parliament over the lack of ethical oversight of the fund."

Why does the EU need a €13bn defence fund? It should be waging peace

"If the EU really is the most successful peace project in the world, then it needs to invest in people and peace-building, not arms sales, militarism and war."

I live in an ordinary family and drink filter coffee. I really dislike the taste of instant. I drink plenty of wine too.

There is no need to be so sniffy, or dismissive.  The pound is worth significantly less now than it was before the referendum, that makes all imported food more expensive. That’s a direct consequence of the vote of the 51.89%.

No amount of denial, or  trivialising will change that basic economic fact.

A few quid on my weekly shop is a small price to pay for getting the hell out of the EU.

You can pay the extra on my bill too.

I didn’t vote for a fall in my standard of living.
