If we are going to play at being cynical it might be worth wondering why this particular charity has been targeted. Perhaps someone used it's services as a result of the actions of one of Yaxley-Lennon's supporters and this is a revenge attack. The point is the ability of the rape crisis center to provide services could have been hampered by a Foolish post on Facebook. You're a real prince among men. Oh dear!  Is this really so difficult to understand?  The 'wording as quoted in the OP is ambiguous' is refering to the wording I've highlighted in red (to avoid any further confusion) above.  The 'some people' (that you can't see) are the idiots who are making the abusive phone calls.
