Anyone live at cornish Square?

Hey, apologies if this is the wrong forum but just wanted to ask about people's experience of living in cornish Square as I'm considering buying there to live. 

 

Main concerns were :

how is the immediate surrounding area in general?

How is the noise from the road just outside? 

I noticed that the properties there had lost a lot of value since purchase, is there a reason for this? 

 

Any advice /experiences would be much appreciated.

New builds tend to drop in value in the short to medium term, especially where more new builds continue to hit the market in the area- which they are in the hundreds around there.  People will pay a premium to own a new build. It doesnt mean there's any intrinsic problem. with the development.
