Traffic Lights at Hunter’s Bar

Anyone know why all the sets of lights have been out for the past 2 days in the Hunter’s Bar roundabout area? Seems mad when there are such busy crossings there, particularly with the proximity to the schools. 

 

I heard that there was a pedestrian hit today. Don’t know anything about it, but pray the person is ok.

According to the star, the pedestrian crossing lights are out due to an earlier crash that wiped out the control unit.  Then this afternoon an elderly woman was hit by a taxi.

 

When I drove past this morning there were temporary lights, but they weren't lit. Perhaps the batteries had run out?

The elderly lady was fine apart from bumps and bruises. Thank goodness!
