universal adaptor for testing

has anyone got a universal adaptor I could borrow for an hour to test if this power brick on my laptops dead.....

as long as I can get the correct plug on the end, and it can do 19v @ 3.42A

yeah, laptop power supply..

Got my laptop back from 'repair' today, and it's still just dead (nothing when I press power) so guessing the adaptor may be faulty, but I want to confirm/double check before spending on one!

What power supply did the 'repairer' use when fixing it?

Not sure, was warranty repair, in Germany.. they have burnin tested and reinstalled, and replaced battery  so i figure it must work.. they didnt want me to send the  adapter with it... i get it back today and it doesnt turn on, so i figured the adapter must be dead
