Well that's OK then... we don't need to talk about it.

Yet, women receive far more help than men in these areas, and it's sign-posted far more openly... but they still need more!

because its on a far larger scale than male thats why

Male suicide has a higher rate than female, but female suicide is on a larger scale?

And what about the percentage of homeless being higher for males?

And, again, the family court being heavily biased towards the mother in child custody cases?

It's quite funny how seriously some people are taking this and how desperate they are to believe their upset at the ad campaign is the majority view. Those folks at Gillette are way ahead of you though. Because people are so willing to/too lazy not to share their data, Gillette will know plenty about who their customers are and who they want to attract. A campaign like this is a public ditching of an existing demographic to attract a new one. You're a loyal Gillette customer of many years? They don't want their brand to die with you, so you're dumped in favour of a younger demographic with different ideas of what being a man is.

This is what Nike did when they hired Colin Kapernick: a lot of meatheads in the USA went on social media to renounce Nike, destroy their shoes. "They hired that ****** who disrespected the flaaag, maaan, who disrespected our veterans maaan! They'll regret this!" Revenue up 31% immediately after and 10% in the long term. They knew exactly what they were doing.

So when some old fella whose idea of masculinity is domestic violence and Yorkie bars publicly boycotts Gillette, they're helping them make the switch to a different customer base. Kerching!

Wow, that's a lot of prejudice and sweeping generalisation wrapped up into one hateful paragraph.

Coupled with your infantile humour earlier, one has to ask, is this the best a man can be?

You forget if you're not talking about relinquishing power to 3rd wave feminists, SJWs and the white knights that surround them, staining the banner of equality with poorly disguised misandry then all other problems/issues don't exist.

Simply put if the victim isn't a woman then there's no victim with these people.

Oh and the next post by the regular misandrists of this forum will most likely make a veiled attempt at making me out to be a misogynist or accuse me of perpetrating some form of it. Their constant rhetoric goes unchecked.

Yes, open discrimination and stereotyping is hilarious if it's in the right direction.

The left are to double standards like a vegan is to Quorn.

Heaven help the repressed white male driven to be insecure in his masculinity because of constant PC attacks on every fibre of his being.

These are the true victims in the world today.

Pray for them

When did the advert mention the race of the men? I'm guessing that plenty of BME men also feel equally offended and patronised at being reminded not to be wife beaters and rapists, by a razor multinational.

Don't worry if you are male , white and straight you're used to it.

The pendulum has been swinging away from us for 40 years.

It is Gillette and whatever advertising  agency was involved in that advert that are being roundly ridiculed for pushing a poisonous feminist agenda instead of trying to sell razors.

Interestingly, if you lot bothered to calm yourselves down and watch the advert properly, you'd see that there is roughly a 50/50 split between incidents against women and incidents against other men/boys.  It would appear, therefore that the message is simply: let's be nice to people and let's challenge those who aren't.

Whether there is a need for that message is debatable but the responses above do reveal a bit of a masculine victim mentality.
