From the 4bn that the EU deign to give us back from the 8bn we pay in.

You didn't think they'll get anything after the two year extension they were talking about do you? Because them, and the former coal fields will receive sod all after that. Not a bean. Why would they?

Socialism comes from below. It cannot be granted by the capitalist class, for this is not socialism but bribery to Remain in line.

Another electioneering slogan

And you say it’s not a right wing issue.

But that money is going to the NHS. The bus said it and everything.

I know how the money went to the EU, I'm asking why you think a Tory government will give money to deprived labour voting areas, unless of course they need something.

As the elected government of the UK, they're free to distribute as they choose. If the voters don't like it, they can boot them out in an election. It's call democracy. Our elected government should distribute our taxes, not an EU government.

Why don't you ask your MP?

Because after the draft SI gets fast-tracked as law under emergency legislative powers of the Executive (thanks Brexit), all you'll be left with is the word of mobile operators. Which have both PR departments, and shareholders. I'll let you conclude which has the most influence.

Why would they lie? Three already offer free roaming in many countries, including many NOT in the EU (e.g. USA) in which they are not legally compelled to offer free roaming. They have publicly stated they will continue to offer this service after brexit.

As I said, that's up to the government and the electorate that voted for them. It's not up to the EU, to take £8bn from us and redistribute 50% of it back to where THEY choose.

But do only 5 members of the WMC pay in and all the others go on the trips for free and get cheap beer?

Well you help the 22 to get better at their jobs, they earn more and eventually everybody is paying their way and you all have terrific days out.

Well it is actually. Because that is how it works. The decisions are collectively made by 28 countries.

Even outside the EU you’re going to pay in.

What is your fundamental problem with it? I bet you can’t even begin to articulate it in rational terms
