jaffa1   10 #1 Posted January 12, 2019 Does anyone know if the Mustard Pot is still closed? I know it closed just before Christmas but I don't  know if this was just temporally.
 Share this content via...

ANGELFIRE1 Â Â 10 #3 Posted January 13, 2019 Just returned from the Mustard Pot. It is definitely closed, a steel mesh jobby over all the windows and doors. Â On the wall facing the road, a large banner is advertising it is up for a ten year lease, with the number where to apply for it. Â Hope this helps. Â Angel1. We used to go many years ago, when it was a pub and little else. Various Landlords have had a go at it, but it seems to fail every time. A great shame. I expect if no one is forthcoming it will eventually be a large housing plot, with as many houses as possible stuck on it.  Angel1
 Share this content via...
Guest makapaka   #6 Posted January 13, 2019 Remember going here about 16/17 years ago and it was great for food - shame.
 Share this content via...
DerbyTup   10 #7 Posted January 18, 2019 I knew the bloke who owned it. I nearly bought a barn conversion from him, above Ewden Dam. Until I realised there was more than one catch in it. He owned the Flouch at one time as well.  He was a likeable rogue for sure and the Mustard Pot used to be an eclectic and interesting pub.
