Nigel Adkins is getting the results that I hoped he would when he was our manager.  On paper, his CV is great, a good few promotions.  For us, it never "clicked" and he brought in some real dead wood.   I was of the opinion, at the time, that he had perhaps been lucky, inherited good players and got them playing well again (maybe that is true), but Hull have certainly come back to life under his tenure so far.
