People don't care about points.  Insurers don't up premiums because of them.  Some people get away with having more than 12 points.

The money from speed awareness courses goes to the directors of the companies that run them, the AA is one.

Let me understand this. People are complaining about getting punished for breaking the law. Really?!

 

Isn’t the simple alternative is to not break the law maybe?
