Keep fit for the young at heart - s35/s36

Recommended Posts

Hi,

If you are wanting to get fitter and increase your physical activity, I have a couple of classes suitable for active older adults.

Hate the idea of exercise but like to have fun? Looking for a slower paced class with no pressure?

Exercise with like minded people?

If so, ZUMBA GOLD could be just the thing. Zumba Gold is a lower-impact, Latin-inspired, dance based fitness class. With easy to follow moves, it is suitable for active older adults and beginners to exercise or Zumba. Great music and fun guaranteed! No dance experience needed!

Come and try your first class FREE!

 Join in the fun - MONDAY'S 10.00am – 11.00am – OUGHTIBRIDGE PARISH CENTRE

Work out at your own pace with great people. Party on!

YOUNG AT HEART (Over 50’s Keep Fit) – WEDNESDAY’S 10.30am-11.30am – STOCKSBRIDGE CHRISTIAN CENTRE

A friendly exercise to music class suitable for active older adults or younger adults who just prefer a lower impact, slower paced workout. Includes aerobic exercises, body toning and stretch.

For all classes wear comfortable clothing that let's you move and supportive trainers. Bring some water.

To book your first class or for more information, please send private message to Gill .
