GOLDEN OLDIE Â Â 15 #1 Posted December 19, 2018 The number of trees having been felled in the grounds of the historic Mousehole Forge on Rivelin Valley Road is astounding and not a pretty sight. It seems that you can chop them down on your own land.Is that correct?
 Share this content via...
Cyclone   10 #2 Posted December 19, 2018 Unless there are Tree Preservation Orders in place you can do what you like with trees you own.
 Share this content via...

Unless the trees have preservation orders attached or you are in a conservation area then they can be felled / pruned if they are on private land without any other permissions required.
