Space needed for van conversion

I'm about to convert a LWB Sprinter into a Campervan and as it's winter I'd prefer to do it inside. I can't find a suitable workshop unit so I wondered if anyone has spare capacity in a workshop/warehouse/industrial unit where I could park up in a corner and get on with the job for a reasonable fee. No mechanical work, so no oil stains on the floor, I just need space to shelter from the elements while working on the van for maybe 3 months. Any and all suggestions gratefully received.
