I dont know 100% but I doubt it. 
Im presuming all the Marketplace section will be brand new and started from scratch.

surely this section should be by now if you are not bringing it back state that you are not bringing it back don't fob the people on the  forum .. & if it is coming back can you at least  please update the forum users that used the classifieds that's it is and that you are doing your best to sort what ever so called problem you are having …..

Hi all, thanks for your patience. We had originally hoped to get this live before Christmas but there were unexpected delays. We've been working today getting the classifieds area ready and expect it to be live by the end of tomorrow - we'll keep you posted!
