It appears that posters are not taking my advice to copy/paste from the templates that I supply and are copying from another posters submission. This week, a posters submission contained non-display characters that prevented my software from picking up the predictions. This submission was used by another poster and obviously suffered from the same issue. The bottom line is that it causes me extra effort in having to enter invalid submissions manually.

I have politely requested on numerous occasions to use my templates for the submission of predictions. It's up to you whether you heed this advice but please note that ALL future submissions that fall outside this simple request will not be processed. Predictions are YOURS to get right, not mine to put right.

Before you jump ship, can you let us know what device you use. Someone on here might be able to give you a steer in the right direction.
