Bet it didn't. Channel 5 is a scummy, crumby tv station. Yes they seemed very distraught with how traumatic genorouse we were and how we were throwing money at them. The saddest thing was all those males being torn apart from their women folk they had all left in war zones while they consoled themselves with life on benefits. Thats a point , why do we only see strapping blokes fleeing war zones ? In world war 2 we saw old people , kids escaping while the men fought the Germans. Today we are seeing men who should be fighting these baddies in places like Syria when in fact it’s the women folk cos the men are all yellow belly fairies. To me this country is crazy , it’s harder to smuggle in 200 cigeretts than it is 200 illegal migrants. Just now, tzijlstra said: Refugees, real examples. Try again? But there are migrants all over the world who move from one “safe” area to another ,very often in the hopes of improving their lot. Its a very natural thing and doesn’t even necessarily mean going from one country to another. Work, wages, climate. So many reasons and where’s the problem with that,or more significantly, how are you going to control it. As for only strapping men fleeing the war zones, have you seen the refugee camps?
 Share this content via...

Ok, so give me real examples of migrants from, for example, Syria, Afghanistan or South Sudan setting up a carwash?
 Share this content via...

I don't suppose the documentary mentioned that in between showing the hordes of immigrants shopping at Fortnum & Masons or wherever it is they're supposed to get their groceries from Edited January 7, 2019 by Mister M
 Share this content via...

That's simply not true. But perhaps you should push for refugees to be fairly distributed across all the EU after they claim asylum anywhere. As previously discussed this will increase our number of refugees significantly. 10 hours ago, Eric_Collins said: It is well established route to settling in the UK is car washing businesses. "tens of thousands of refugees fled their homes" synonyms: displaced person, DP, escapee, fugitive, asylum seeker, runaway, exile, émigré, stateless person, outcast, returnee; informalreffo "she had fled to England as a refugee" Tell me where it mentions the first safe country in the UN refugee definition? https://www.unrefugees.org/refugee-facts/what-is-a-refugee/ or on the wiki definition https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Refugee and the definitions of Asylum seeker, refugee and migrants https://www.habitatforhumanity.org.uk/blog/2016/09/refugees-asylum-seekers-migrants-crucial-difference/ as usual its more propaganda spread via lies and mistruths by the right wing purely to demonise and garner peoples intolerances and hatred. Penistone999 10 #227 Posted January 7, 2019 (edited) If these people were fleeing persecution in their own country, they would want to get to the FIRST country of safety , not risk their lives even more by travelling through several more SAFE countries ,then risk their lives trying to sneak into Blighty in a rubber dingy in the middle of the night .
