Copy and paste stopped working windows 10.

about month ago, copy and paste stopped working! I literally tried every single tip from the web!

clipboard clean, cmd echo command, health check pf windows integrity, nothing help!

Both right click and ctrl v, c is not working! Really frustrating,   copy and paste is one

of the essential function...anybody has any idea, or, just, good old "format C:"? 

I scanned for malware, virus..nothing.

After almost 1,5 month, problem just disappeared today. Well..
