A seasoned premier league pro who cannot get a game,but we might get on loan for 50k a week. A young prem player who's eager to impress. (its not worked out with the lad from Liverpool)  Who knows what's the right way to go? Even if they did allow him to splash abit of extra cash theres no point spending it for the sake of it.
