Moving to sheffield - agent recommendations?

Hi - we currently live in the Midlands and will be relocating to Sheffield in April. We are looking to buy a 3 bed terraced property in the Crookes area early next year and we are chain free.  Looking for agent recommendations.

They do mean estate agents, but i didnt know any estate agents in sheffield did a house  finding service?

You ring them up and tell them what you're after, they will e-mail you a few properties they have on offer that match your description.

That's just being put on a marketing list its not a house finding service ala Phil Spencer (Location Location Location)- they wont send details of a house that matches thats being marketed through any other agent. 

Anyway... Hunters are quite active in Crookes.

Thanks everyone - I check rightmove and onthemarket most days so will contact a few agents from there.  Just wondered if there was a Company that did general house finding in the area as we are not there yet. I am in the area at the end of November so will call into Hunters.

Just look on rightmove. No point contacting agents directly as you're limiting your options massively. Why are you set on Crookes, incidentally, if you're not even in Sheffield yet?
