Trying to find a photo of the Bardwells  shop on Sellars Street in the 60's/70's, my Dad would visit when we came to Sheffield most weekends visiting relatives and we would sit in the car and wait.  He would always come out with 'just the thing' he was looking for....., happy days.

My lovely late Dad used to travel across town to go to Bardwells for 'just the thing' he was looking for. ?

And he always got it !

I lived on the corner of Sellars Street and Aizlewood Road and could see Bardwells out of our living room window.
