A straw poll from the pubs sees a 50/50 split with incomers and youths tending towards Wednesday.  Well, are you going to answer ? I've not heard any roars seeping through the rust cladding in S6, even when driving along Penistone Rd ! Obviously the sweet sounds from BDTBL fill the whole city centre ?? Michael_W   11 #18 Posted November 22, 2018 Not much to cheer about down at S6 lately to be honest, but the cricket ground ain't as noisy as dem Blades would have anybody believe, very overrated down there in every respect, including that bloody John Denver song ? Grappler   12 #20 Posted November 24, 2018 I would say that S10 is more a Blades stronghold that SWFC, based on me knowig way more Blades fans than S6 fans in the area.
 Share this content via...

The Sportsman is more Wednesday.  I went to watch the derby in one of my locals and got talking to someone and said I was brave coming in here supporting Wednesday (even though there were plenty of other owls fans in) to which I replied it's my local. I've always felt we're closer to Hillsborough than the lane so it I find it surprising there seems to be so many blades around here.
