Three times ? It must be good ! I’m going to see it on Sunday. I read where Freddie’s part has been watered down a bit to make him look more innocent than he really was.

We absolutely loved it. The likeness of the actors to the real thing is uncanny! Very well made.Will be going to see it again!!!

Absolutely brilliant. Up there for me as one of the best films of the year. I'd happily watch it again after just coming back from seeing it tonight. All play their parts incredibly well, I found out a few new things and they did Live Aid fantastically.

I'd fact check a few of the 'new things', as the film took a few liberties with the timeline of events, for example, the HIV diagnosis.

Absolutely loved it.

 

I read somewhere they shot more scenes, including ones relating to Freddie's HIV - to the song 'another one bites the dust', possibly a bit tasteless. Also, that Roger and Brian (who were involved with the production) didn't want the film to place too much emphasis on the HIV.

 

For my money, they did a great job.
