soulvapour   10 #1 Posted October 31, 2018 I bought some self stick vinyl tiles but didn't stick to my concrete floor. So I bought some luxury vinyl tiles but the woman in the shop said she had them fitted to her kitchen but must put screed down. I bought some screed and laid it, and sanded it. Now I hear mixed opinions about having to primer the screed for the glue to stick too. I'm not a builder by no means but what is correct? Thanks ?? soulvapour   10 #7 Posted November 9, 2018 Yes pal I bought some PVA from Screwfix. It said to mix 1part glue to 5 parts water. I put that down, left it a few hours. Then did another mix 1 part glue to 3 parts water. Next day I put the tiles down with the tile glue and let me tell you you'd need a jack hammer to get it back up ? Thanks ???
