I've never known an LED bulb to blow

Potentially get your wiring checked, sounds worrying as they're meant to last for 20+ years

Check your wiring, dude.

Led is one of the longest lasting forms of lighting.

LEDs themselves should last for years. However there are other components in LED-style bulbs - transformers and rectifiers for example - that can still fail. I've had around 30 LED Bulbs in my home, for 7 or 8 years. In that time I've had 3 fail, but returned them and they were replaced.

Those old type bulbs will become iligal to trade in our lifetime.

Some people in certain EU countries bought hundreds of them before shops were told to stop selling.

Try sisman on wicker last time I was there they had some.

Sisman have a shop in Hillsborough now, by the tram stop

if you live near by might be worth a try.

I get mine from Dollar stores over here. Try a Pound shop, these places all seem to get anything that is extinct etc.plus bankrupt stock.

Why on earth do people buy LED bulbs from Ebay? Think about what you are doing. The whole point of a LED bulb is for it to last for 30-40,000 hours. If you buy garbage off Ebay for a couple of quid it's not going to last is it? Think about it. Go to a reputable electrical wholesaler and buy a branded LED lamp. You get what you pay for ....

A complete waste of time. The whole point of buying LED lamps is because they last longer than a halogen lamp. Do you seriously think a cheap lamp from Poundland is going to be any good?

The government stopped the production of these lamps in September. They eill also jail anybody who tries to import them
