Shah's supermarket

Shah's Supermarket (Pakistani, if I recall correctly the flag on the sign) on Abbeydale Road closed a while ago. Did it close completely or move somewhere else?

Fond memories, in the 90s when we couldn't find chilli peppers anywhere else in Sheffield -- or any other "unusual" ingredient -- Shah's was our first stop.

 

Adam, if you're looking for a shop to buy similar things, Ozmen's on London Road is good. (I like your Calvin avatar.)

The new Barrow Boy bar is now there at Shahs old location ... how times have changed :-)
