adamf   10 #5 Posted October 5, 2018 My best guess would be to try the new Ozmen off London Road.  I had a good look around there tonight and found some "pickled cabbage" (ingredients: cabbage, salt) in plastic in one of the refrigerated sections, so that's probably the stuff.  Obviously I'm going to eat it, but I'm also interested in using it as a starter culture for making my own.
