davyboy   17 #1 Posted September 29, 2018 Yesterday I received an email into my yahoo mail.com account. On opening it was blank. All other e mails were OK and readable. I have an iMac with a Mail app. The e mail that is blank in yahoo, in Mail it is there in all its glory. Can SKS explain this, it has never happened before? Crosser   10 #2 Posted October 8, 2018 Don't use Yahoo.  They used to be a big player and quite respected, but now they are a bit player and after their fiasco with data loss, probably best avoided unless it's a "throw away" account, in which case throw it! ProperBrew   10 #3 Posted October 9, 2018 As Crosser said, Yahoo is pretty much useless, they never really kept up with the changes, you best bet would be to save your address book, if you can and have contacts you want to keep, download any important emails you want through your mail app, and delete the account.  Make a new email with something like gmail.com, which unless something has changed, is still reliable and widely used.
