Adult online passport renewal

My mate did his last week and NO remaining months were added.

 

I thought that was now the case, they used to add up to 9 months remaining onto a new passport. I guess it is just another way of ripping people off.

Yes. They cut off the corner and send it back.

Mine took less than a week - did it all at the photo place at Crystal Peaks market,they even completed the forms,checked the picture was approved etc.

The most i had to do was post my old passport and he even supplied an envelope and stamp for me to do so at the Post Office next door.

Yes. They cut off the corner and send it back.

 

I think you have to take the appropriate box if you want it back.

I did mine from Canada, took no longer than three weeks.
